Pedro has a licentiate degree in Business Administration and Organisation from ISCTE-IUL, and is currently CEO of Neves de Almeida HR Consulting.
He started his professional career in 1994, at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), having, since 2000, taking on different challenges in the area of people management, whether from a consulting perspective (Watson Wyatt, Heidrick & Struggles), or the end-customer perspective. He worked at Portugal Telecom for about 6 years, where he was given the opportunity of conducting human resources management in its different aspects (recruitment, onboarding, performance assessment, compensation, careers and staff departures). He has been at Neves de Almeida HR Consulting since 2016, where he has management responsibilities.
At Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, he has had the opportunity to developed projects in the company’s different areas of action (Executive Search, Talent Management, Training, Teambuilding, Gamification, Consulting) in various activity sectors, such as Banking and Insurance, Education, Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Aviation, Mass Consumption, Industry, Real Estate, and Telecommunications, Media & Technology.
Pedro is passionate about his family and friends, and enjoys his leisure time with sports, travel and gastronomy.
