Helena has a Degree in Psychology (Branch of Social Psychology and Organizations) from Universiade de Lisboa and currently is Partner at Neves de Almeida HR Consulting.

She began her career in 1989, at SHL, and in 1994 participated in the start-up of RAY Human Capital in Portugal, where she held management responsibilities and developed recruitment and selection projects, assessment centers, competencies models and organizational diagnostics, among other projects. In 2007 she became Partner at Odgers Berndtson, responsible for managing operations and the team, as well as develop Executive Search and Leadership Assessment projects.  Helena was a member of the Life Sciences Global Practice of this multinational firm. Since 2017 she works at Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, as a Partner in the Executive Search practice area.

At Neves de Almeida HR Consulting she has developed several Executive Search and Talent Assessment projects and managed clients from different sectors, such as Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Industrial, Consumer Goods, Services, Technologies and Finance, in projects also from other practice areas of the Company, namely Training, Teambuilding, Gamification, Consulting.

Helena loves her family, enjoys the company of friends and to travel (also through books, movies and gastronomy) and she is a “yogini” since 2007.
