We select the critical competencies to be evaluated, identify the evaluators and choose various instruments to collect information – interviews, surveys, case studies and simulations, among others – enabling us to provide a complete analysis of each individual.
At the completion of an assessment, we provide a detailed report on each individual with actionable items that both the individual and their direct manager can implement to begin seeing real results within your organization. A feedback session with a senior consultant completes the process, allowing for a clear understanding of the information gathered from the assessment itself.
