An assessment is a tool that evaluates and identifies an individual’s level of proficiency on a a set of various competencies that are considered to be critical and previously defined, utilizing a variety of evaluators and instruments. This process can be used for a variety of situations including career progression within the organization, restructuring, employee development, due diligence or to make distinctions between candidates for a given position.

Not only can an assessment be used to gather detailed information on an individual’s current performance, but it can be used as a predictive indicator about their future performance and progression in the company, as well as provide suggestions for individuals to move to a level of superior performance.

Each assessment is individually tailored to evaluate the critical competencies for the given context and function. We select the critical competencies to be evaluated, identify the evaluators and choose various instruments to collect information – interviews, surveys, case studies and simulations, among others – enabling us to provide a complete analysis of each individual.

At the completion of an assessment, we provide a detailed report on each individual with actionable items that both the individual and their direct manager can implement to begin seeing real results within your organization. A feedback session with a senior consultant completes the process, allowing for a clear understanding of the information gathered from the assessment itself.
